Ceridian announces Peto MacCallum goes live with Dayforce Payroll
MINNEAPOLIS---Ceridian Corporation, a global provider of human capital management solutions, announces Peto MacCallum Ltd., a leading, independent consulting engineering company went live on Dayforce Payroll.
"The implementation went smoothly and there was great collaboration between our two teams," says Andrew Injodey, vice president of finance at Peto MacCallum Ltd. "With an employee base consisting of engineers, geoscientists, geologists, technicians, technologists and other support staff within multiple office and laboratory locations we needed a scalable solution that would significantly reduce our time on pay and human resource administration. With Dayforce Payroll installed, we have accurate real-time reporting on all aspects of employees' compensation and information."
Dayforce Payroll, a component of Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM), eliminates manual processes and gives managers the freedom and flexibility to view, edit, fix and preview payroll in real-time saving companies time and money. The application also includes embedded analytics, helping ensure that payroll decisions such as wage increases or overtime are based on real-time business intelligence data and benchmarks. Employees are compensated accurately and on time, while leaving payroll managers plenty of time to review in-application audits and validations to ensure full compliance.
"The solution is incredibly intuitive," says Judy Singh, HR and payroll coordinator. "Being able to import and export data with the touch of a button and preview our payroll before it is deemed final means we gain valuable extra time to inspect and ensure pay accuracy. Furthermore, our move to real-time, online earnings statements has eliminated our office paper trail. We're excited to expand our use of Dayforce beyond Payroll to include more HR self-service features so we can make an even bigger impact on employee engagement and productivity."
"I am extremely pleased that Peto MacCallum has embraced our solution," says David Ossip, president of Ceridian Dayforce. "We're looking forward to growing our relationship and helping them improve their operational performance."
