TORONTO -- Reinforcing its commitment to unprecedented value and customer service, President's Choice Financial was today ranked "Highest in Customer Satisfaction Among Midsize Retail Banks, Five Years in a Row" in the J.D. Power and Associates 2011 Canadian Retail Banking Customer Satisfaction Study SM.

PC Financial received the highest ranking among eight mid-sized banks. The title was awarded as part of the J.D. Power and Associates 2011 Canadian Retail Banking Customer Satisfaction Study SM  and was based on more than 12,000 consumer responses.
